How long does it take for you to dispatch my order?


As soon as we receive your order, we will begin to process it. If all the items you have ordered are in stock, we will package your order 12 hours after the order has been placed and it will be dispatched the same day. However, if we don’t have all your items in stock, we will email you to inform you of this and let you know the estimated dispatch dates. In most cases, we will also be able to offer you suitable, similar alternatives for immediate dispatch if you are in a hurry.

The above does not apply to our discounted Pineapple Dancewear. Pineapple items are dispatched 1-3 weeks approx after your order has been placed. This is out of our control but we do try our best to keep this down to a minimum.




Do you cover additional charges, such as customs charges, for international customers?


Unfortunately, Dansa By Harvey Newton is NOT responsible for any extra charges after an order has been placed. This includes and import/customs charges for international customers.




How do I know that my order has been received?


When we receive your order and it has been printed and processed, you should receive an 'Order Confirmation' email, which will include your full order details. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation please contact dansabyharveynewton@gmail.com and we will investigate your matter.




Will a copy of my order be enclosed within the parcel?


Unfortunately not, however, all your order details are included in the Order Confirmation and Dispatch emails. If you require another copy of your order, we can email a copy to you.




How can I pay for my order?


Pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and many other Credit/Debit Cards. You can also pay via PayPal. If there are any issues surrounding the payment of your order please email us via dansabyharveynewton@gmail.com.




How will my information be protected?


Your card details will be fully encrypted for complete security and peace of mind. We never have access to any of your card details as these are all kept securely by a third party - PayPal or Wix Payments. Other personal infomation you provide to us will be kept safely and securly on our online database - we do not keep any paper copys of custumer's personal infomation. How long will my order take after being dispatched?


This depends on the shipping option selected at the checkout. Our UK Standard Shipping and UK Tracked Shipping takes approx. 2-3 days after being dispatched. The UK Next Day Shipping Option should be with you the next working day, if not it should be the day after. International Shipping takes approx 1-2 weeks approx.




My order should have arrived by now. Where is it?


If your delivery seems to be running late, please let us know and we'll investigate matters immediately for you. Please email us via dansabyharveynewton@gmail.com.




An item is missing from my order/I have received the incorrect item. What do I do?


Please let us know straight away and we'll put matters right immediately at no extra cost. You can email us at dansabyharveynewton@gmail.com.




My order appears to be faulty/broken. What do I do?

I wish to return my order for a refund/exchange. What do I do?


We hate to see our customers unhappy with our products! If you are unhappy with your order/products, contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order and we will organise for you to return your order and offer a full refund if the item is undamaged and returned in original packaging. Return/exchange requests after 7 days of delivery will not be approved. Once you have requested a return or exchange, we will organise your shipping label and send it to you. Once we have received the item back we shall either refund you or send you a replacement item - whatever is your choice. The cost of postage will be taken away from your refund amount. If the returned item is NOT returned in the same condition as it was sent out (including the item being returned in original packaging), you will be offered a partial refund based on the individual circumstances. I wish to cancel my order, what do I do?


Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours after your order has been placed. Orders are shipped after the 12 hour period. Order cancellations after this period will not be accepted.
